"Big Mountain Heroes" is an award-winning documentary film that aims to inspire people. The documentary follows a seven-day journey of five veterans from the United States Special Operations into the French, Swiss, and Italian Alps, where they share their love for nature and adventure. It is an intimate story about this group and how each of them deals positively with post-traumatic stress. Each veteran is introduced on a personal level, allowing viewers to witness the formation of a brotherhood. They are part of the team of Big Mountain Heroes.
