Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that some Ukrainian reserve brigades are still understaffed and stated that the slow arrival of US security assistance is hindering Ukraine's efforts to effectively deploy reserves for ongoing defense operations.

Russian forces have recently advanced slightly near Kupjansk, Chasiv Yar, and Avdiivka.
