TRIJICON launches new Red Dot: RMR HD

Trijicon™ - one of the most successful US optics manufacturers - together with its importer FERKINGHOFF International is launching the distribution of its new RMR HD red dot sight in Europe. With this new variant, the existing RMR family portfolio receives an expanded, robust, and high-quality model from Michigan's optics forge.

The new RMR HD red dot sight is based on the Trijicon RMR adjustable LED model and comes equipped with a range of outstanding features. The housing forged from 7075-T6 aluminum offers not only an expanded field of view but also a specially crafted shape that directs hard impacts away from the lens.

State-of-the-art electronics and a new adjustable reticle offer tremendous advantages. The forward-facing light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the reticle to the environment. This adjustment can be set to Auto (Standard), High Auto, and Low Auto depending on the application. The Trijicon RMR HD is available in 2 different dot sizes: 1 & 3.25 MOA. Both dot sizes feature a quickly activated reticle with circle and crosshair as well as automatic or manual brightness control, making it usable in various lighting conditions.

With a fingertip, the shooter can switch between a single dot sight or a circle and dot sight, providing excellent visibility in all lighting conditions. The side-mounted control buttons allow for quick brightness adjustment even with gloves and provide audible feedback with a satisfying click. The manual adjustment of the illuminated dot is done in 9 steps, with 3 night vision compatible and 1 super bright, offering a battery life of over 3 years at level 5 (dot only). An easily accessible top battery compartment, powered by a CR2032 battery, completes the comfortable handling and design of this red dot sight.

Trijicon uses the widely spread RMR footprint for optimal compatibility on pistols, rifles, or shotguns. Designed for law enforcement and military users, the RMR HD is suitable for a variety of applications.
