Tactical Tip: Dye your UCP green

08/31/2019By Redaktion

UCP, the good old Universal Camouflage Pattern of the US Army, was truly a very universal camouflage pattern. It just didn't really blend in anywhere, except maybe in high mountains. Over the years, many nicknames have been given to this light gray pattern, such as Antitarn, Moldtarn, and many more.

Now the US Army is adopting Multicam on a large scale and UCP uniforms can be purchased at bargain prices. Two guys from the USA took advantage of this and got some uniforms extremely cheap. Then they thought, "What if I dye this with green textile paint?" The result is truly a well-camouflaging pattern, as you can see in their video. So, off to the textile store to buy some green paint!
