The ProTac HL 6 is the newest and brightest member of the ProTac series of tactical flashlights. It delivers up to 5,300 lumens and 80,000 candela. The rechargeable system comes with a charging cable and two STREAMLIGHT SL-B48 lithium-ion batteries (18650 Li-Ion) with integrated USB-C charging port. Additionally, the new flashlight features a convenient head pressure switch, an anti-roll head, and a textured rubber grip.
The ProTac HL 6 utilizes the latest Power-LED technology for extreme brightness. The easily accessible multifunction switch on the head of the flashlight allows for one-handed operation of the flashlight in the modes of High, Medium, and Strobe. In the highest setting, it delivers 5,300 lumens and 80,000 candela at 566 meters. In the medium setting, it delivers 1,500 lumens, 23,000 candela, and a beam distance of 303 meters. In the lowest setting, the flashlight delivers 450 lumens and 6,700 candelas over 164 meters. The runtime ranges from 12 hours and 30 minutes on low to two hours on high; in strobe mode, the flashlight will last for four hours.
Available in black, the flashlight comes in two versions: the ProTac HL 6 with a 120V USB adapter or the ProTac HL 6 without an adapter. The two models have a suggested retail price of $265.38 and $247.78 in the USA. In Europe, they are likely to be slightly more expensive.
