For their location in Germany, Neumünster, BROWNELLS Europe is looking for several employees (m/f/d) - all positions are permanent and full-time.

Who are we?

BROWNELLS Europe is a young company from Norway that has grown to become one of the largest providers in the shooting sports, hunting, and law enforcement sectors within a few years.

Currently, we operate branches in 15 European countries, with a growing tendency. Our formal headquarters are located in Norway, Vegårshei. Together with our European warehouse, we also operate a second main location in Germany, Neumünster.

Media Designer

Tasks:

Implementation and formulation of advertising concepts
Design of product information and advertising materials
Image editing/retouching
Design and development of packaging designs and labels
Development of conceptual and creative ideas

Profile:

Professional handling of the Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and web standards
Successfully completed education in the field of graphics & design
Fluent in German and ideally English in speech and writing
(Formal qualifications not necessarily required if a comparable qualification is available)

Marketing Manager

Tasks:

Development and implementation of advertising concepts
Further development and maintenance of existing online and social media presence
Mediation of content ENG<->DE
Creation and implementation of corporate identity & design
Development of conceptual and creative ideas

Profile:

High level of personal responsibility, stress resistance, and coordination skills
Advanced skills in working with Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web standards
Successfully completed studies or training in marketing, graphics & design
(Formal qualifications not necessarily required if a comparable qualification is available)

Online Shop Manager / Junior E-Commerce Manager:

Tasks:

Management, handling, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms
Market launch of new products, market monitoring, and analysis
Implementation of new requirements, proactive optimization
Interface between international departments
Cross-system problem solving

Profile:

High level of personal responsibility, stress resistance, and coordination skills
Good to very good IT skills and (computer) technical affinity and solid Microsoft Excel knowledge
Willingness to learn new systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft Power BI)
Business understanding, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
Successfully completed studies or training in (engineering) technical fields or IT
