md-textil is looking for a full-time office clerk (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible date:

We are a family-run craft business with state-of-the-art equipment located in the picturesque town of Oggelshausen am Federsee. Together with clients from authorities across Europe, we develop customized solutions in the field of technical textiles and implement them in our own production facility.

Your tasks:

- Processing customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, and invoices by phone and email

- Creating and maintaining item master data

- General office tasks and organization

We wish for:

- Completed commercial training

- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form

- Proficiency in working with MS Office and Teams

- Experience with ERP system JTL Wawi

- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Team player with organizational talent

- Competent, responsible, and reliable work ethic
