SHOT SHOW 19: Ferro Concepts for Advanced

Right at the beginning of the SHOT SHOW 19 we ran into him: not Ferro Concepts himself, but his Advanced Slickster. Above you can see it on the mannequin, but we couldn't resist trying it on ourselves.

In the first image, the Advanced Slickster is fully equipped, here, on the other hand, you can see it in a more "naked" state. It is a collaboration between Ferro Concepts and RE Factor Tactical and it has many new features. In a previous article, there were already infographics from Ferro Concepts to see, but let's personally take a look at it.

The shoulder padding is now a bit more elaborate.

On the chest, there is a separate admin pouch and of course, Velcro.

Plenty of cable tunnels on the sides.

On the front sides, there are pockets that are integrated with the cummerbund. They can hold radios or magazines.

Instead of a smooth surface, the back is now fully covered with laser-cut MOLLE, so you can attach anything you need.

The loaded carrier: here with a magazine flap. But a triple magazine carrier can also be attached and interwoven with the cummerbund.

Overall, the Advanced Slickster is a solid, complete solution. Small and minimalist, yet on the way back to being a complete plate carrier solution.
