SHOT 23: The UF PRO Lindnerhof in the States

Lindnerhof-Taktik and UF PRO, both part of the Mehler Vario System Group, will exhibit at the SHOT® in Las Vegas for the first time. "Up to now, we have only visited the fair as guests, so we are all the more excited to finally be exhibiting at the SHOT," said Jakob Kolbeck, managing director of Lindnerhof. "Since this is our first time as exhibitors, we are very well prepared for the fair."

Armin Wagner, head of product development at UF PRO, added: "Although this is our first exhibition on American soil, we are not unknown to U.S. users. Our products have been gaining increasing popularity and recognition beyond the Atlantic in recent years. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to exhibit outside of Europe and meet our friends overseas."

UF PRO will present a range of innovative field clothing, including the latest version of the popular BDUs, the Striker XT Gen.3. "With the release of the Striker XT Gen.3, we have redefined the concept of modern BDUs," said Wagner.

In addition, booth visitors can get hands-on with the already available revamped Delta Cold Weather Gear from UF PRO. "This winter collection offers comfort and protection that is hard to find elsewhere," said Wagner. "The unique combination of innovative design, intelligent features, new materials, and excellent workmanship makes this possible - we are confident that visitors to the fair will recognize all of this as soon as they arrive at our booth."

Aside from the BDU, Kolbeck said the focus at the SHOT will be on "an impressive range of innovations made from traditional fabrics and webbing, as well as Lindnerhof's own MX laminate, which we will continuously bring to the market by 2023." Lindnerhof will also introduce the next generation of its fully modular plate carriers MX042 and the workhorse LT025, as well as sophisticated pockets for magazines, electronics, and more.

"Lindnerhof is a key player when it comes to innovation in raw materials as well as products," emphasizes Jakob Kolbeck, managing director of Lindnerhof-Taktik.

"Our main concern is the continuous improvement not only of products but also of raw materials," said Kolbeck. "We want to demonstrate that the international market is a hub of innovation and development in terms of products and materials - and that Lindnerhof is a key player in this market."

The material that Kolbeck believes will attract the most interest at the fair is the company's new MX laminate. "MX stands out for its lighter weight - only 500 grams per square meter - and its greater durability compared to its predecessors," he explained. "In addition, MX can withstand much higher breaking forces than previous materials. It can even be machine washed at up to 40 degrees. Compared to traditional 500-denier Cordura® fabric, our MX laminate is also significantly more water-resistant, keeping the base weight low even in rainy conditions."

Kolbeck is excited that the joint booth of Lindnerhof and UF PRO is attracting many visitors (according to the trade show organizers, more than 55,000 people visited the SHOT in 2022). "The SHOT is the world's largest event of its kind, and we invite everyone attending the fair in 2023 to stop by our booth and get to know us," he said.
