RIP Nicolas Checque

Last weekend, on December 8th, Petty Officer 1st Class Nicolas Checque, aged 28, was killed in Afghanistan. His exact unit is not known, only that he belonged to an NSW team from the US East Coast. His death during the rescue of US citizen Dr. Dilip Joseph from the Taliban is seen by some as an indication that he may have been a member of DEVGRU. RIP.
