REVIEW: Z Tactical Dummy Radio Case PRC-152

10/15/2020By Redaktion

Z-Tactical has produced a dummy early on that replicates the AN/PRC-152 in the version with the GPS module. All information about the real device can be found HERE.

View from the top, silver antenna and PTT cable attachments, by the way, painted plastic, not material. The small antenna belongs to the GPS module.

Black buttons and bulging GPS module.

On the other side, only green plastic.

The display is very nicely replicated. They were not quite brave enough to put the company name "Harris" on it.

Rear view. You can clearly see the GPS module, the antenna next to it.

Side view of the Z-Tactical AN/PRC-152.

The battery is only molded, not detachable.

So the battery has to stay attached.

CONCLUSION: Overall, a good dummy of the AN/PRC-152 version with GPS. However, in terms of quality, it is a bit outdated. .

You can find the Z-Tactical PRC-152 Dummy Radio at AIRSOFTZONE for Euro 19.90.

Comparison with the FMA AN/PRC-152 Dummy – HERE in the SPARTANAT Review. No comparison: the FMA Dummy, which represents the device without GPS, looks like a real radio, the Z-Tactical does not compare in quality. But it is the GPS version.
