REVIEW: TMC AN/PVS-18 versus FMA AN/PVS-18

Twice dummies and the comparison is definitely made: TMC was first - and it was good. FMA came later - and is perfect. What we are not talking about: HERE is the review of the "real deal" L3 Harris AN/PVS-18.

Left TMC, it's a bit too big. The dimensions on the right, on the other hand, are correct.

The details on the FMA (left) are much better implemented. This not only refers to the sealing ring on the battery compartment.

TMC, on the other hand, appears like a rough block.

With the FMA (left), there is also no need to improve the lenses. Everything is correct. For the TMC, there were parts for pimping - including stickers with correct markings.

The bikini covers - the lens covers - are also available from FMA.

CONCLUSION: FMA rules! If you like the details and perfect presentation tools.
