REVIEW: TASMANIAN TIGER ANFIBIA Magazine Pouches

You don't want to be weighed down after diving? The ANFIBIA series from TASMANIAN TIGER will help you with that. Today we want to take a closer look at the magazine pouches.

We're talking about the DBL Mag Pouch MCL anfibia and SGL Pistol Mag Pouch MCL anfibia. This is a double quick-draw magazine pouch and a quick-draw pistol pouch with MOLLE PALS attachment. Both are made from the typical TPU 420 den nylon for the ANFIBIA series.

DBL Mag Pouch MCL

The DBL Mag Pouch MCL anfibia can fit M4, G36 PMAGs, cleaned G36, Sig, AR15, Steyr AUG, Sig 55X, AK47, and AK74 magazines easily. Ultimately, there is a MOLLE/PALS column available on the front. A security cord is not included.

Thanks to the drawstring, the extraction resistance can be adjusted very well. Inserting the magazines is very easy, thanks to the reinforced construction of the side panels.

SGL Pistol Mag Pouch MCL

The SGL Pistol Mag Pouch MCL anfibia is essentially the little brother of the rifle magazine pouch. It has the same design, only the front holes are not suitable for MOLLE/PALS.

The extraction resistance can also be adjusted with a drawstring here. The mounting is done in a classic way with MOLLE/PALS. It can accommodate virtually all double-row pistol magazines.

CONCLUSION: Simply two solid magazine pouches that complement the range in the ANFIBIA series very well. These pouches also perform extremely well on land, but they truly shine when they come into contact with water.
