REVIEW: Pentagon Pindos and Kissavos

12/12/2015By Redaktion

Pindos and Kissavos, both have to do with airy heights - and it's mostly cold up there. If you don't want to freeze, you need warm clothes, starting with what's underneath. Pentagon Gear has launched new warm underwear that we would like to introduce to you.

Unlike the PCU Level 1b, this underwear is cut close to the body. The material is a polyester Elsatan blend with a fleece inside. This makes the feeling on the skin very comfortable. The material also has antibacterial properties, so you don't smell too bad with prolonged use. It works quite well.

kissavos_pindos1The Pindos top is long, so it hardly slips out of your pants when bending over. The seams don't get in the way when wearing equipment.

kissavos1The Kissavos pants are classic long underpants that fit well and don't cut into the skin. The only drawback is the lack of a fly, which makes bathroom breaks a bit cumbersome.

kissavos2Despite the stitching directly over the knee, this seam doesn't cause chafing or pressure points. We were pleasantly surprised.

Conclusion: A well-made set of underwear that will keep you comfortably warm in the cold season.

Available at all retailers carrying Pentagon Gear, for €32.95 for the top and €31.95 for the bottoms (excluding shipping) in Gray, Black, and Coyote
