PHANTOMLEAF is a company that is not new, but this is the first camouflage pattern that is commercially available. Otherwise, they work with authorities and provide them with specialized camouflage solutions. Together with Leo Köhler, the first uniform in PHANTOMLEAF has now arrived. We are excited to present it exclusively to you.
The logo of PHANTOMLEAF is the little Phantom leaf itself. It looks friendly into the world and is found in the camouflage pattern. "The users of our products - mainly special forces from the military and police sector - are confronted with extreme requirements. In order to support them optimally, we focus on tailor-made camouflage solutions tailored to their specific needs," says PHANTOMLEAF. "In modern highly mobile operations of military and security forces, there is a constant and rapid change of the environment - meter by meter. We have therefore developed a globally coordinated modular camouflage system. It is divided into camouflage zones such as Z3A, Z3B, Z4. This gives the user highly flexible camouflage patterns that can be combined modularly. They have the decisive advantage of adapting themselves autoadaptively to changing backgrounds."
The current pattern was originally developed for a government order in South America. A fact that may explain why WASP II Z3a looks like the "Green Hell." It is just the first of four patterns that will be released gradually - with uniforms, shoes, and matching gear.
The first thing that comes classically from Leo Köhler consists of the Command Field Blouse on top and the Operational Combat Pants below.
Here is the Command Field Blouse alone. While we wear it over the pants in the picture above (the better solution), we have it tucked in here.
Let's go into detail. Classic collar, name Velcro strip above the left chest (from the wearer's perspective).
The flap is buttonless, it is fastened at the front with Velcro.
Of course, there are shoulder straps for worldly men.
And they are Velcroed as well. So nothing squeezes when the armor or backpack comes over.
And the Velcro also closes the two breast pockets. And while we go through detail photos here, you can enjoy the details in the fresh camouflage print.
The horizontally placed upper arm pockets close by folding them and - guess what - closing them with Velcro.
A lot fits in there, and there is also Velcro area for patches on both upper arms: if you like the SPARTANAT patch, you can get it HERE at the SPARTANAT Shop.
The sleeves can be adjusted with Velcro, we almost dare not say.
The length of the field blouse is about mid-pelvis for us. This makes it better to wear over the pants.
Let's turn to the side and give you an overview here.
