If you want to look into the distance, you need a pair of binoculars to do so effectively. Even better if it has a reticle to better estimate distances to the target. We took a closer look at the Fujinon 7x28M/R for you (click on images to enlarge)
This binocular is a compact, robust binocular that meets all military standards. The size is only ~12x10x6 cm, has a reticle and also has laser protection on each lens so that if you are blinded by a laser, your eyes will not be damaged. For all those interested, here are the technical data according to the manufacturer:
The housing is rubberized for better grip, and it is also pressure waterproof. Particularly practical about this binocular is the fact that it can be used easily with protective goggles. It comes with dust caps, carrying strap, and storage bag with belt loop. In the image on the right, the reticle can be seen. It extends in height from -30 to +70 hash marks, and in width by 50 hash marks each.
CONCLUSION: A very good binocular with good depth of field. With laser protection and the reticle, it's a perfect tool for observations. Thanks to its compact design, it fits easily in thigh pockets or multipurpose pouches on the vest.
