Photo File: LBT-6094C Slick Gen II

07/12/2011By Redaktion

Let's continue with the Slicks: here is the London Bridge Trading LBT-6094C Slick in Multicam as sold at Legit Kit. This is the latest GEN II Carrier from LBT currently being used by the NSW Development Group (DEVGRU). AOR and Multicam are mixed and worn there. The rig has interchangeable side panels that can carry 5.56 or MP7 magazines. The full model designation is: LBT-6094C-SLICK-330D GEN II. "Slick Medium Plate Carrier". Only medium Safariland Swimmers Cut Plates fit. This Slick was manufactured in November 2010.

The magazine pockets on the Slick, here for M4. There are also ones for MP7 magazines.

Not only made of fabric: an inner Kydex sleeve holds the magazine.

You can recognize Generation II of the LBT Slicks by the front flap that secures the velcro straps on the abdomen.

Since "Slick" means "smooth": after all, the Gen II Slick is a full armor that nothing should go over, it still has MOLLE strips on the back to attach a hydration bladder or MAP.

Details of the shoulder area from behind.

The interior with the LBT tag.

Loops for the PTT on the chest and a velcro loop for the radio antenna.

The entire front of the Slick.

And here again everything with the sleek magazine pockets.

The tag also indicates which plates fit.
