Patchology explains patches: The frog shows that Frogs are essential players: Special Operations Task Force West (SOTF-W) is a special forces combat group operating in western Iraq and likely consisting mainly of Navy SEALs. In 2008, SEALs trained the Ramadi SWAT Team for 18 months as part of SOTF-W. Naval Special Warfare Squadron Seven - when not in operation ST7 - dedicated the SOTF-W headquarters to Michael Monsoor, who was killed in combat in Ramadi in September 2009.
