AMMUNITION: CZ buys Sellier & Bellot

The CZ Group acquires 100% of the shares of Sellier & Bellot from foreign CBC Europe S.à r.l.. Sellier & Bellot is one of the largest manufacturers of small caliber ammunition in Europe. The also Czech traditional company was founded in 1825.
