LINDNERHOF TACTICS: New adapter kit and carrying frames

It grows together what belongs together. But only if the right adapters are available. Lindnerhof-Taktik GmbH concludes a remarkable year full of product launches with the market launch of several innovative adapters and carrying systems that make the previous brand's product innovations even more versatile and combinable.

The new products today are:

"We are convinced that users of our 2022 product line will appreciate these accessories because they enable a quick and easy transformation of basic Lindnerhof setups into completely new Load-Outs that offer greater benefits and functionality," said managing director Jakob Kolbeck.

Kolbeck uses the example of the popular plate carrier LT025/5 from Lindnerhof. "With these new adapters, we have opened the door to transforming the LT025/5 into a modern plate carrier suitable for increasingly demanding types of missions that users are being sent on today," he said. "Now, the good old LT205/5 can quickly receive a super light waist belt that can be closed with our patented, state-of-the-art hook buckle system. All you need is our new 3-row Waist Belt Adapter MX345, the Waist Belt MX129, and the Hook Buckle Adapter MX498."

Kolbeck describes how to use these adapters. "Simply loop the MX345 at each end of the hip belt and then attach the hip belt to the back of the LT025/5 carrier as usual. To close the new waist belt, attach the MX498 adapters to the front part with the included Velcro straps and close the hook buckle. That's all you need."

Each adapter is available separately. However, there is also a special adapter - the Detachable 3-row Waist Belt Adapter MX346 - for use with the Mehler Vario System Infantry Vest. Like the MX345, the MX346 is an anchor point for Lindnerhof's MX129 Skeleton Waist Belt.

"We have tried to offer users as much modularity as possible," said Kolbeck. "As former special forces here at Lindnerhof, we base our product development on the needs of today's users. This understanding is not only based on our own experiences, but more on the feedback we gather and receive from users. We do not forget where we come from, but we also do not lose sight of where we are going - towards increasingly demanding missions."

In addition to the new options for converting waist belt attachments into modern quick-release versions, Lindnerhof also introduces two new carrying systems to its range. Kolbeck added: "Those who already use our Split Front Chest Rig MX266 are already familiar with the new Chest Rig Harness MX732, a classically designed, lightly padded carrying system with additional MOLLE/PALS slots and loops, for additional features such as cable or hydration tube routing."

“In combination with our new Chest Rig Adapter Kit LT266, you can assemble a customized Lindnerhof Micro Rig. Furthermore, in April, we announced the availability of our new MX Panels. These have special loops that serve as attachment points for the Adapter Kit LT266, which in turn is attached to the new MX732 frame.”

About the MX732-related Plate Rig Harness MX731, the Lindnerhof managing director says: “It completes our new product launch and is an essential accessory for snipers or when carrying a heavy backpack. In conjunction with our Assault Pack HL334, which features a plate compartment, the MX731 allows for comfortable vehicle seating and provides the same protection as a plate carrier when dismounting in seconds. The MX731 is specifically designed for use with our Ultralight Plate Carrier MX244. When a ballistic plate is not needed on the back, the MX731 can replace the plate carrier rear piece, and together with the plate carrier front piece, you then have a Plate Rig that offers an ultra-slim profile without sacrificing comfort and usability.”

Kolbeck points out that the MX731 also includes a skeletonized waist belt that fits the patented hook-buckle system at the front of the Ultralight Plate Carrier MX244. “We are very confident that these additions to our product range for 2022 are the beginning of many more creative ideas that will offer Lindnerhof customers even more modularity to set themselves up exactly as they need to meet the demands of training and operations – so stay tuned.”
