A thorough preparation for emergencies is perhaps more important today than ever before. The 7-day emergency rations from Trek'n Eat by Emergency Food will receive an update starting in November 2021 and will come in a redesigned bucket.

The 7-day emergency rations contain food for one person for a week, with main meals designed for high energy intake with a calorific value of 600 kcal. In addition to tasty dishes like forest mushroom stew or Swiss-style muesli, the package also includes the nutritious NRG-5® bars, made from high-quality ingredients, lactose-free and vegan, and in the NRG-5® ZERO variant, even gluten-free. This makes the bars suitable for everyone, with a high calorie density and long shelf life.

The diverse ration ensures optimal supply of nutrients and energy without compromising on the enjoyment of a delicious hot meal. It comes in a practical bucket, so everything is packed and protected from moisture. This year, the bucket will receive a facelift: a new front label and a multi-layer label for peeling are placed on the new bucket. In addition, the new labels are printed with information in 14 languages. The 7-day emergency rations are available as a vegetarian option and a meat option for 89.95 euros.
