Cheetahs from Jordan for Ukraine

The US Department of Defense has awarded the company Global Military Products Inc in Tampa, Florida, with the contract to purchase Jordanian Gepards. The contract is valued at around 118 million USD.

Jordan has around 60 Gepards and 350,000 rounds, which it purchased from the Netherlands in 2014-16, with the exact number of Gepards to be purchased unclear – it is estimated to be around 40 units. The delivery is expected to be completed by May 30, 2024.
