Fighting Fit: 200 Sit-Ups in 6 weeks

In our series "Do many repetitions of one exercise", here is another guide. This time it's even 200 repetitions of Sit Ups. Sounds like a lot - and it definitely is. The ideal activity for the upcoming winter ...The program and its structure are the same as with the Pull-ups and Push-ups. It starts with the initial test. Do as many nice Situps as you can, and choose the column according to the number. If there are still any uncertainties, please read the exact instructions HERE again.

What is a nice Situp?
First, lie flat on the floor, and then slowly lift your shoulders off the ground with your abdominal muscles. You don't have to sit up completely, it is enough to go as far up as shown in the image. It is important to do this without swinging or ripping. In the words of the movie "Shooter": "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast."
