Our friends from HEDE tactical parts are organizing a Long Range Workshop with GTAC Dynamic Precision Rifle .

The event will take place from 9th to 11th October 2017, three days of shooting enjoyment. The location is in Czech Republic, coordinates: 48°57’23.8″N 17°16’45.7″E, close to the Slovakian and Austrian border.

Below you will find the information from HEDE Tactical parts. The event description in English as a PDF is available here: GTac LONG RANGE WORKSHOP HEDE 2017.

The course will be kept relatively small, with a maximum of 10-12 people – so a quick registration is advisable. The deadline for registration is 29th September 2017. The course fee is 600 Euros. Here is the full announcement:

Interested in dynamic, fast but still precise Long Range shooting? Static shooting at 100m or 300m is getting boring?

Then we are pleased to offer you a course where you can improve your knowledge and skills dynamically at distances between 50m and 800m. In cooperation with GTac (Dynamic Precision Rifle), we have developed a perfect course offer for you.

Within three days, you will reach your limits and even seasoned professionals will take away a lot of knowledge. Whether for sports or hunting, the content taught is useful for all areas.

It must be said, however, that some basic knowledge is required.
This course is therefore aimed at people who are not unfamiliar with the 300m mark, and who also have a basic knowledge of ballistics and technology.

Course itinerary:
Arrival is possible from Sunday, 8th October 2017.

DAY 1 - Theory course, basics, adjusting/zeroing weapons at 50m-100m, basic drills
DAY 2 - Shooting at 300m-800m, First Aid for gunshot wounds course (if interested)
DAY 3 - Shooting at 300m-800m

Range organization:

There are a total of three shooting ranges available and various training opportunities will be provided. Everyone can choose how much they want to participate where. We are completely flexible during the course.

Range 1 - Steel plates at 300m with five different static shooting obstacles
Range 2 - Steel plates distributed between 100m and 600m for dynamic shooting
Range 3 - Steel plates at 800m static

Accommodation:
We can organize a hotel upon request, where breakfast and dinner are provided. More information will be available upon booking.

Alternatively, camping directly at the range is also possible, no problem at all.
Lunch will be organized by us during the three days.
There are also several villages nearby, with various supermarkets.
In the evenings, grilling directly at the range is also possible if there is interest.

What documents and materials do I need?
- EU firearms pass, ID etc.
- Allowed calibers: .223 Remington to .338 Lapua Magnum (.50 BMG is also allowed, but only with paper targets)
- Minimum 300 rounds per weapon (500 rounds are recommended) WITHOUT steel core
- Accessories such as bipods, possibly tripods etc. are recommended ... the standard stuff.
- The entire course will be conducted in English. We will be on site and can also provide translations. Communication should not be an issue for sure :)

- If for any reason someone needs a rental weapon at short notice (e.g. scope killed a week before the course starts), we can also organize this (with the assumption of ammunition costs).

What do I need to do if I want to participate?
Simply add the item to your cart and proceed with the order. We will then send you a complete brochure with detailed explanations.

The course fee must be paid in advance, immediately after registration. The deadline for registration is 29th September 2017. Cancellation is not possible after registration.

Any other requirements?
- Previous experience in the basics and with the equipment used is definitely needed.
- Ballistics of your own weapon should be known up to 300m
- Ideally, you should have already determined the V0 of your ammunition

Best regards
