Also, Hamburg is not far from the European headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, just under four hours north by car. In addition, we have found a great location for our store in Hamburg." The store is opening on Brandshofer Deich, right by the Elbbrücken, so that all guests can reach it undisturbed by the traffic chaos of the central city center.

Brandshofer Deich is located at the eastern end of Hafencity in a fantastically developing area with other exciting restaurants and stores. South of the store, across the Elbe, the "Elbtower" will be built. The only building in Hamburg that will be higher than the Michel. If the tower were to tip north, it would almost be scraping the facade of 5.11 Tactical.

"The building we are now housed in is an old, brick-walled warehouse with thick walls and a charm that suits us perfectly," described Einar. "In the basement, we found very cool, old steel doors that were probably used as flood protection doors when there was no flood protection wall in front of the building." The 5.11 Hamburg Store has a total size of 550 square meters, of which approximately 400 square meters are sales area.
