ELBIT: TORCH-X for the infantry

“Torch-X Dismounted” is an advanced interconnected solution that enhances the combat power and survivability of dismounted infantry. The Warrior Suite includes integrated hardware components, C4I applications, and an advanced load carriage system developed by Elbit Systems. The solution enhances the combat value and survivability of soldiers by integrating their sensors and effectors into the network.

The connected soldier can utilize all sensors and effectors connected to the network, drastically shortening the path from sensor to shooter. Here is the video introducing the system:

Torch-X Dismounted was developed to address the challenges of multidisciplinary warfare, providing a real-time situational awareness with automatic data dissemination based on hierarchy and geography.
