The focus of U.T.SEC 2017 is on the technical possibilities to increase security, as well as to protect against the unwanted use of unmanned systems in the civil, industrial, and governmental sectors. The range of offerings includes unmanned systems, communication, data transmission, positioning, IT, perimeter protection, electronic fencing, optics, optronics, lighting, and UAV defense.
Due to overlapping target groups such as police or forestry, the new event will run parallel to two other important trade fairs at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. The first is Enforce Tac, the International Trade Fair for Command, Control and Operational Equipment for Security Services, on March 1st and 2nd, 2017, and the second is the immediately following IWA OutdoorClassics from March 3rd to 6th, 2017, the leading international trade fair for hunting, shooting sports, and outdoor equipment. Trade fair visitors from both events can visit the new U.T.SEC free of charge with their admission tickets.
