Not surprisingly, a key feature of Glock's interpretation of the 1911: the grip is made of polymer. The Glock 1911 comes in a limited edition of 1911 pieces and is available at decentralized dealers, with the target audience naturally being in the USA. Experts, however, believe that it will be completely sold out on the first day of sale.
