The Croatian wears CROPAT

The Croatian army is quite easy to recognize. On the one hand, there is the very special assault rifle: The VHS (Višenamjenska Hrvatska Strojnica) is a Bullpup design developed by the Croatian company HS Produkt. The weapon was first presented to the public in 2007 in Karlovac. The development came after a request from the Croatian army for a new infantry rifle to meet NATO standards. The design interestingly resembles a cross between the French FAMAS and the German G36. HERE you can find all information about the VHS assault rifle and its variants.

Also unique is the Croatian camouflage pattern. "Croatian Pattern" or CROPAT is primarily designed for green environments.
