Vice Premier Mariusz Błaszczak confirms in an interview with the weekly magazine "Sieci" that Poland will be buying South Korean weapons. This includes 48 FA-50 fighter jets and K2 Black Panther tanks. The first K2 tanks will be delivered to Poland this year, with a total of 180 tanks in the first batch. Poland is thus the gateway for the Korean tank manufacturer Hyundai to enter Europe, with Poland being the first to procure the K2. In Norway, the Black Panther is competing against the Leopard in a tender. More information about the Hyundai K2 Black Eagle.
