The view into the weapon case 4

09/18/2012By Redaktion

Weapon case view in the expansion: Here is the "Gear Box" of DEVGRU member "Mark Owen", the pseudonym of the author of "No Easy Day", who was part of Operation Neptune Spear: it can be rightly said that the SEALs' elite is armed with German weapons. The front pistol (possibly a SIG P226 behind it) is a HK45CT, the MP7 is also from Heckler & Koch like the HK416, the DEVGRU standard weapon, which has not reached the regular teams. It is also interesting that the man owns two plate carriers in AOR1, an LBT-6094A (possibly a Slick at the top of the shelf; it could be hard to determine from the image) and a Cyre CPC (on the ground). The helmet on the shelf is a FAST Ballistic in a Digital Desert pattern with GPNVG18 as a night vision device, which has a larger field of view with four tubes than, for example, a PVS15. There is also an Atlantic Signal Tactical Bone Conduction Headset hanging on the shelf, which is waterproof up to 20 meters.
