We know, .50 is wonderful. But what is 12.7 mm against 30 millimeters? BARRETT is playing with a support weapon in this caliber and no one other than the wonderful James Reeves from TFB has gotten his hands on the weapon. The Squad Support Rifle System (SSRS) was introduced at SHOT 2025. The SSRS is a revolutionary 30mm precision support rifle developed for the U.S. Army's Precision Grenadier System (PGS) program. It was designed for combating threats on the battlefield and is excellent for defense in defensive scenarios, neutralizing UAS, and engaging dismounted targets.
