The Hybrid Patriot 5510™ is suitable for CBRN environments (Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear) due to its design and use of special materials.

The system uses powerful, reliable pneumatics, providing low breathing resistance and excellent dynamic performance.

Integrated APR/PAPR modes (Air Purifying Respirators/Powered Air Purifying Respirators) increase operational capability by allowing reduced breathing resistance through the option to work with two Cap1 filters located behind waterproof covers on the central housing.

In addition, tactile low-pressure and power alarms provide covert signaling about the condition of the breathing air or battery power.

The advanced onboard electronics provide improved real-time monitoring functions such as bottle pressure (PSI/Bar), battery level, respiratory protection mode, location, and other sensor telemetry. This information can be exchanged between deployed teams and their command via mobile devices or tablets.
