TOYS: Build your own tank shell.

05/23/2020By Redaktion

Grenades at home? You must not. However, this one is a decoration: because it is simply a model kit. In the end, it is about 87cm high. This ammunition was used by the German Tiger I tanks in World War II. Overall, also an excellent piece for collectors.

This is the full-size model kit of a German 8.8 cm tank shell 39 for a tank gun L/56. It consists of easily assembled four parts (warhead, case, base plate, igniter) made of black PP and ABS plastic. Ready for painting.

This is how the markings look on the finished model ...

This is how the grenade base looks on the model - when aging really well.

The kit also includes stencils for painting the markings. And everything else to finish the good piece. HERE is the model of the PzGr 39 available.

If you need the matching bedding: HERE is where to find it.
