The parasol all in green

05/27/2014By Redaktion

The operator in the image belongs to the Polish Special Forces. More specifically, from the unit Jednostka Wojskowa Komandosów (JWK) of the ZBC (Zespół Bojowy C – Parasol/Combat Team C). The CH stands for Group H, below that you can see the unit badge, the PARASOL. The Polish Special Forces have a very strong tradition, the Parasol (Umbrella) was the badge of an elite unit during the Warsaw Uprising in 1944.

The operator is wearing the newly introduced camouflage pattern A-Tacs FG, the uniform is produced by the Polish manufacturer Currahee and not an American product. The vest is a JPC Clon from the Polish manufacturer RedRiver. The holster is from the same producer, but a subsidiary called IwoHest. The pistol is likely a Glock17. The belt to which the holster is attached is probably from Miwo Military Lubliniec. The helmet is an OpsCore with a RedRiver helmet cover in A-Tacs FG and a PVS21 mount. The JWK use the HK416 in long with Dbal2 laser sight, and Eotech XPS, the stock is a Mapul CTR.

The image was taken at an indoor shooting range that has existed since October 2013, one of the most modern in Europe.
