April: END for ABU

The Army had previously introduced the almost non-camouflaging "Moldy camouflage" Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Maybe someone drank an LSD-infused cocktail in Vietnam, which was then introduced as a digital tiger stripe pattern in mold as an advancement.
