Assistant Store Manager (m/f) for Clothing and Equipment

For our 5.11 Experience Center in Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager.

Your tasks:

• Coordination and planning of all organizational issues including personnel planning together with the store management
• Planning and implementation of events
• Joint responsibility for planning and achieving sales targets
• Responsible for brand-appropriate product presentation and merchandise management, as well as price labeling and ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of the store
• Responsible for planning and implementing sales promotion measures
• Ensuring proper acceptance of goods, product placement, assortment maintenance, and daily inventory control

What you should bring:

• University degree or completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good English language skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of cash register and merchandise management systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to acquire detailed product knowledge and pass it on to employees
• Knowledge in hunting, shooting sports, police, or military is desirable
• Open-mindedness, teamwork, and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and at special events
