Every year in the Austrian mountains, the Experience Week of OUTER LIMITS takes place. The company is one of the top suppliers for international maritime special forces and presents operators from all over the world with what is needed for underwater work. We at SPARTANAT were there.

SONY DSCOne of the major challenges underwater is always orientation. From SEABEAR comes the Head Up Dive Computer and the Head Up Dive System. They bring the data directly to the eye of the diver. Bright and visible in the darkness for the diver's eyes, but invisible to others. The distribution for this SEABEAR Military Line is handled by OUTER LIMITS.

SONY DSCOUTER LIMITS itself distributes its own Tactical Dry Suit Collection. Nothing is off the shelf here, everything can be customized and specially made. Different laminates, camouflage patterns or not, sealing closures that are particularly tear-resistant. These suits are specially made for OUTER LIMITS by the Finnish manufacturer URSUK Oy.

SONY DSCOnce upon a time, OTB Odhin Boots were the measure of all things. Their production has since been discontinued. OUTER LIMITS has therefore partnered with HAIX to bring their own boots for divers to the market. The model is a variation of the Black Eagle Boot with drainage openings and will be monochromatic black.

Outer Limits_neu_1Combat swimmers always have it somehow difficult, so they use various tools to move faster and ultimately save physical resources for the final task. From SUEX come various DPVs and DPDs (Diver Propulsin Vehicles and Diver Propulsion Devices) as well as DTC (Dry Tube Containers) for the energy-saving and speedy transport of man and equipment. These devices allow approaches from distances of up to 25km with their tremendous range. SUEX is the global leader in the development and manufacture of these specialized military devices. OUTER LIMITS is Senior Consultant for SUEX and is responsible for all international government transactions as well as for training and education.

SONY DSCUnderwater is often as dark as night. However, it is not the reason night vision devices are required, but because combat swimmers operate in the cover of darkness. Special systems are needed that are waterproof and immediately usable without additional transport protection. OUTER LIMITS delivers high-end devices that are waterproof up to 20 meters.

Outer Limits_neu_3If it is necessary to reach depths of up to 300 meters, OUTER LIMITS offers an autonomous, electronically controlled and fully closed circuit rebreather. This eCCR is unique, as it is the only device worldwide that also has helium sensors capable of continuing all calculations even if the O2 sensors were to fail. The latter is almost impossible, as four O2 sensors are installed, which self-check independently via two separate circuits. This device is a collaborative development with DIVESOFT and exclusively available worldwide only through OUTER LIMITS .

Outer Limits_neu_2Also present at the Experience Week is the company SIEL/OMG from Italy. They have a long tradition in the Amphibian Combat Operation segment. The company offers everything that operators need for their underwater approach and work. Rebreathers based on O2 and Nitrox as well as one of the latest developments - the SEALAND communication system, which enables communication from diver to diver, diver to surface, and diver to aircraft, boats, and submarines. And all this on encrypted channels.

Outer Limits_neu_4When underwater, one does not always feel like pulling yourself up the hull personally. The T1-16 Assault Ascender looks like a ghetto blaster, but it doesn't play music, it reels in the rope that is attached to it up or down. Hook in with carabiners, give gas like on a moped and off you go climbing. Life is tough enough anyway.

Outer Limits_neu_5OUTER LIMITS also offers a wide range of special equipment for maritime and urban boarding and climbing tasks.

The equipment shown and the corresponding training are available through OUTER LIMITS.
