IWA 2019: New SIG SAUER weapons from the Mastershop

The traditional company SIG SAUER is presenting numerous new Mastershop models at the IWA Outdoor Classics 2019 in Nuremberg. Previously, only the X-series of the well-known P226 pistol served as the basis for Mastershop weapons, but now two models of the P210 are also being introduced for the first time.

The SIG SAUER Mastershop is divided into three lines: Sport, Prestige, and Individual.

In the Mastershop Sport, tuned sports pistols are manufactured that meet the highest precision and performance requirements. Customers can either purchase the pistols tuned "out of the box" or opt for extensive, personalized tuning packages. Models from the Sport line are designed for maximum performance and offer outstanding performance.

The Mastershop Prestige includes exclusive limited series of the P210, P220, and P226. The use of special materials such as special woods for the grip panels, different precious metals for the controls, and much more make these weapons stand out in terms of style and design. Since these models are limited editions, they are always only available in limited quantities.

In the Custom Individual Mastershop, unique custom pieces are created. Enhanced by selected master engravers, these models represent the pinnacle of possibility. In this segment of the Mastershop, SIG SAUER caters to the individual wishes of customers. In the Custom Individual section of the Mastershop, customers can choose from a wide range of components in a variety of designs to create their own weapon. The possibilities are practically endless.

One of the many new models is the P226 X-Five Performance - seen in the main image above. Clearly recognizable as a sporty version of the P226, the X-Five Performance offers an extra non-slip grip due to special laser texturing on the trigger guard, the grip frame, the loading grooves, and many other parts such as the hammer and the magazine button. The "Performance" is available for €3,799.00.

Equally unique and completely different in design is the P226 Facettes: inspired by the pattern of quartz crystals, the Facettes not only offers a distinctive appearance but also a unique surface. The triangles spread throughout the components are embedded to different depths in the weapon, providing a characteristic feel. With the Facettes, the Custom Individual Mastershop proves that it understands how to create weapons in a modern design like no other manufacturer. The RRP is €4,299.00.

For the first time ever, a P210 serves as the inspiration for the Mastershop. Without denying its roots as a service pistol, the P210 Skeleton manages to impress as a purebred sports pistol in a brand new, radically altered design. Even though the new design casts a different light on the P210, the P210 Skeleton still lives up to its reputation as one of the most precise pistols of all time. The P210 Skeleton is offered for €4,199.00.

The second Mastershop interpretation of the P210 is called "Midnight" and, true to its name, comes in a noble black. The pistol's elegant appearance is further accentuated by golden controls such as the trigger. It is available as a 5-inch version for €3,999.00 and as a 6-inch version for €4,199.00.
