BLACKHAWK has spent the past few years behind closed doors in Bozeman, Montana working on developing a new line of high-quality holsters: The T-Series. The latest addition to this line is a Level 2 Compact (L2C) version that combines the durability and robustness of the holsters from the L2D and L3D T-Series with a slimmer design.
The holsters of the T-Series follow the Master Grip principle of BLACKHAWK, meaning the holster encourages the user's hand to naturally land where it should to draw the pistol. This efficient movement combines a special inner material for quick, smooth, quiet, and effortless drawing, with the glass-reinforced, rugged nylon for maximum durability.
Key features that set the L2C of the T-Series apart from the rest of the T-Series family include RMR compatibility, a Speed Cut for quicker drawing, and a flat design for easy concealment. While this holster has a smaller overall profile, the L2C, just like the L2D and L3D versions, can still be used in duty situations.
The T-Series L2C comes with a completely new attachment method called Quick Dual Release or QDR. This attachment method features an intuitive button release that allows for easy on and off on a belt without threading it through loops. The QDR can accommodate belts from 3.8 to 5 cm and can be tilted at various angles.
A two-slot belt loop attachment method is also included as standard with the L2C. The asymmetrical design of the loop attachment conceals the pistol grip towards the body, allowing for better concealment and less interference with daily activities.
