MSPO 22: The Sword of EXCALIBUR ARMY

This is the prototype of the self-propelled howitzer MORANA - here at the MSPO 2022 in Kielce, Poland. It is a modern artillery system on the Tatra Force 8x8 chassis with a 155mm cannon with a barrel length of 52 calibers, installed in an armored turret, and works fully automatically. MORANA, quite dramatically, carries the old Slavic name for "Death" and builds on the experiences with the 152/37 mm SPHs Dana M1 and Dana M2 as well as with the 155/45 mm SPH technology demonstrator Dita, which was presented in 2021. Hard to miss: Morana dominates the Stand ZF-6 booth of Excalibur Army.
