TASMANIAN TIGER has developed a new plate carrier in a flat, lightweight, and modular design to provide the user with a minimalist and flat profile, ensuring maximum mobility in the field without neglecting reliable protection. Today, we present to you the Plate Carrier LP LC Frame.

The Plate Carrier LP LC Frame is made from Cordura 500 Den, 420 HD Nylon FD, and Tegris material. 

Tegris is particularly robust, lightweight, and known for its high load capacity and durability. This ensures a combination of low weight at 618 g and high stability. TASMANIAN TIGER uses 8-layer and 12-layer Tegris.

The material used also allows for a very flat construction, particularly in the chest and collarbone area. This optimizes freedom of movement and enables discreet carrying under clothing as well as aiming with a long weapon.

The inner lining of the Plate Carrier LP LC Frame is made from breathable mesh fabric.

The included cummerbund is reinforced with Tegris and features laser-cut holes in MOLLE spacing, offering flexible expansion options.

A laser-cut MOLLE panel with Velcro can be slid onto the cummerbund. 

This panel enables quick changes and easy adjustments of the equipment.

The cummerbund can be secured at two height positions on the front.

The user can adjust the cummerbund to their weapon-carrying style. With the “High Ride” or “Mid Ride” carry style, the cummerbund does not interfere in the higher position.

On the back of the Plate Carrier LP LC Frame is the reception tunnel for the cummerbund. Laser-cut holes and slots are used for attaching the cummerbund.

The user can adjust the mobility of the cummerbund with a bungee cord or two rubber bands to adapt it to their needs. Everything is included in the package.

These elastic fasteners on the cummerbund provide freedom of movement and enable individual length adjustments.

An elastic cummerbund with three integrated magazine pockets is also included. This way, one can adapt the item to different operational requirements. The bungee cord tab set can be adjusted to the equipment or completely removed.

The shoulder straps are adjustable in length, padded, and removable. Thanks to the Velcro back strips on the shoulder pads, cables or hydration hoses can be stowed and guided.

The laser-cut slots on the shoulder straps offer room for additional cable organization.

The shoulder straps are securely sewn on the front and equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener on the inside.

The length adjustment is done from the back, where large hook-and-loop areas for receiving and fixing the shoulder straps are located.

The back of the Plate Carrier LP LC Frame is completely equipped with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS slots that can be used to attach accessories. An area with Velcro for attaching ID patches is also present.

On the front, there are only two laser-cut MOLLE/PALS columns. They are located in the area of the upper Velcro surface. Here, the Tac Organizer Pro from TASMANIAN TIGER can be optimally utilized.

To make the plate carrier more stable and flatter, the decision was made to deliberately forego laser-cut MOLLE/PALS columns. Two Cordura loops protrude from the laser-cut slots. These are used to attach placards with G-Hooks or QUASM buckles and hook-and-loop fasteners. When the loops are not needed, they can be hidden in the plate carrier. 

TT Plate Carrier LP LC Frame is suitable for SAPI plates up to size M (30 x 25 cm).

The flap to the front of the plate compartment features two laser-cut slots that can be used for carrying equipment bags or tourniquets.

CONCLUSION
