We are an enthusiastic team with extensive experience and expertise in the field, as well as in E-Commerce and Marketing. In our collaboration, we are creative, work with flat hierarchies, and are results-oriented and ambitious. To continue our successful growth, we are looking for you as an Assistant E-Commerce (m/f/d) at our location in Bad Salzuflen.

Your tasks:

• Organizational and administrative support for the management
• Support in the sales process
• Maintenance and management of databases
• Supplier correspondence (in German and English)
• Handling of traditional customer support inquiries via phone and email (in German and English)
• Product knowledge
• Solving complex cases as a team and utilizing the experiences we have gathered together

Ideally, you bring:

• Completed training and/or work experience in the commercial sector
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor
• Thoroughness and speed in your work
• Confidentiality and discretion
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Professional handling of common MS Office programs
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
