Sparks are always in demand. BAOFENG is popular because it offers powerful devices at a low price with a lot of accessories. It doesn't look like a military device, but it is solid. Now the manufacturers have improved and have brought a lookalike as MF PRC 152 Style Walkie-Talkie UV Radio Lite to the market. We give you a first look.
The device with antenna. The 152 is significantly larger than other Baofengs and is available in green and black. PTTs are connected to the device with Kenwood plugs (see cover image).
Fresh out of the box with charging cable. The target group is clear: people who want a functional radio in the 152 style.
View of the back. Baofeng advertises that the radio is waterproof and dustproof.
The battery used is an 18650 Li-ion battery. Price-wise it's not unexciting: it costs three times as much as a normal Baofeng, but a third of a functional PRC152 clone. HERE is the new BAOFENG PRC152 variant at JK ARMY, costing 127 dollars.
Here is the video. In the background is a Dummy PRC152. You can see that the Baofeng is a bit smaller.
