ABR Academy with 5.11 Tactical: Krav Maga (for women only)

Krav Maga, this is modern self-defense "Made in Israel" and consists of simple principles that are easily accessible under stress.

In cooperation with Carsten Draheim, the most well-known Krav Maga trainer in Germany and founder of KRAVolution, 5.11 Tactical offers a Krav Maga course just for women! The training specifically addresses the differences in size, physical strength, and mental resilience in an emergency situation between perpetrator and victim during an attack.
